Kneading people and places to be who they say they are.

That’s our crunchy bread and butter.

A first of its kind Observational Culture Design Studio

ya know, like Observational Comedy – but with less focus on laughter.

And instead, we place more emphasis on cohesively connecting your bigger picture to satisfyingly smooth people and environment dynamics.

It’s a style that embraces the sharp edges, and helps to cut through it all with creativity, kindness, and care at the core.

More art, but diligent with the science behind it all, too.

Our view on collaboration

We believe that the best results are imagined with a partnership mindset versus vendor mentality. Working intimately within a creative environment requires a shorthand towards collaboration, and that shorthand usually takes time to generate based on one core ingredient…trust.

We understand that trust is something to be earned and not automatically given. To make an impact together, however, sometimes we need to bypass the constraints of time and get there quicker.

If you seek our services, we’ll internalize your values and filter them through ours, too. Before we officially begin our engagement, we’ll bring them together to form a shared understanding of successful partnership and collaboration.

Before we’d try a new Italian restaurant, my dad would ask in his thick melodic accent –

Maria! What’s the bread like?

For him, it was indicative of
what’s to come.

The authenticity.

The quality of the overall experience.

And the degree of freshness/thoughtfulness in the food.

In many ways, I think the same is true for people

So many of us are walking around as stale bread. Hard exterior, dry, and nearly solid interior. Barely palatable.

On the other end of the spectrum, some of us might be undercooked bread. Too soft, nearly raw, and lacking firmness.

Crunchy bread, however, makes its presence known by appreciating both parts equally. Even the sharp edges just smoothed out a bit!
